When setting up a evaluation account in the global positions limit settings the total amount of contracts is set to 5 using symbol NQ but when the symbol is changed to MNQ it only allows the 5 contacts any suggestions to set it for 5 NQ Contracts 50 MNQ Contracts Thanks

By default, the settings for the "Symbol/Product Limits" are for All Symbols (as noted at the top of that page as "ALL_SYMBOLS". To get a different set of limits for a specific symbol, you need to add that symbol to the list at the top by selecting the symbol in the list at the entry for "New Symbols to Add" (refer to the image we have attached) and then selecting the "Add" button. The symbol you added will now be selectable at the top and you can set different settings for it. Once the new symbol is added to the Symbols (List) drop down on the Symbol/Product Limits menu of the Evaluator account, is there an option to remove any of the symbols currently on that list? We are adding the symbols by using "New Symbols to Add (List)" option under the "Add New Symbol Limits" section and they appear on the "Symbol (List)" under the "Current Symbol Limits". So parameters set for each of these symbols override ALL_SYMBOLS parameters. Is there a way to remove any of the Symbols from the list once they have been added to default back to ALL_SYMBOLS settings?

Yes - select the symbol in the "Symbols (List)" at the top of the "Symbol/Product Limit" tab of the Edit Trade Account window. At the bottom of the top section (entitled "Current Symbol Limits") is a button for "Remove". The name of the button is on the right where you select it.
