I had the CME RT data feed with Denali, which was supposed to expire yesterday. Since I didn't have enough money in my account for it to automatically renew, I opened SC to make a deposit this morning and renew with the CME bundle for February. It does show that the Denali feed has expired for my account. However, I am still receiving RT data on my charts at this time, when it indicates my Denali feed is expired. I'm just wondering if you have an explanation for this (?) I'm concerned something else might be going on, involving my own online security.

Your real-time data is expired, as you stated. What you are getting now is our "Delayed Streaming Data". This data is 10 minutes and 10 seconds behind the real-time data. If you add the Chart Header option for "Data Delay" you will see that the data is delayed (there should also be a few other areas where it states "Delayed").

Once you activate the exchange, you will start to get the real-time data again.

Sorry, but I believe this is RT data I'm still getting. The "Data Delay" was already added in the "Customize Header" box. My charts certainly appear to be updating prices in real time. The data matches the current time and also matches the RT quotes I'm getting in my Thinkorswim platform from another data source. I see no indications anywhere in SC that I'm getting delayed data. I was thinking there could be a delay or "grace period" to renew the data feed or something as the reason.

While some may not mention it or have a problem with free data, I just like to understand what's going on.

Also, in Data/Trade Service settings I've tried "SC Data - All Services" and it does show that futures contracts from other exchanges are delayed in the chart header. But it does not show that the CME only contracts are being delayed. Again the CME only data is what I had in January and now shows as canceled or expired on my account page.

What is your "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to?

It's set to "CQG WebAPI [Trading]". I was also getting CME RT data with the "SC Data All Services" setting.

Please Select "Help >> About" and tell us what Version of software you are running from that window.

Also, please get us an image of a chart using the following instructions (please use this method, as we need to see the entire chart):
Support Board Posting Information: Attaching or Posting a Screenshot/Image (Optional)

And then tell us what the time of your computer clock was at the time you took the image (within a few seconds is fine, it does not need to perfect).

My current version is 2580 64 bit. I'm not getting any RT data this morning, which is expected with expired services.

However, I just deposited money into my account about 20 minutes ago using Paypal, and I've yet to see a change in my account balance.
