I discovered that my gold futures data has been delayed since last night. I believe it was functioning normally before. When I reconnect to the data feed, the missing bars catch up immediately but then become static again. By contrast, the 6E Euro futures data feed is functioning normally without any delay.

You have not had any real-time data for Gold futures from the CME Group (GC) from us. Right now, you have the following exchange active:
- CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts

Gold is traded on the COMEX exchange from the CME Group. So you would have to add the COMEX exchange, or change your exchange selections to include the exchanges for which you will be wanting data for the CME Group.

Note that the exchange fees renew on a calendar month basis and the data is not pro-rated, so if you were to activate an exchange today (January 29, 2024) you would pay the full amount for the exchange for the remaining 2 days in January, then pay again on February 1, 2024 for the month of February. Therefore, you may want to wait until February 1 before you activate a new exchange.

If you are going to turn off an exchange as it will not be needed with your new selection, then you will want to "deactivate" it immediately. By deactivating it, you are setting it to not renew, but you will continue to get the data through the end of the month. Then you can activate the new exchange(s) you want on February 1.

You can modify your exchange options at the following link:
