Connectivity Issue

Recently switched ISP providers (mobile hotspots: Sprint=Old UScellular=New (model: ZTE Unite II))

No connectivity issues with the old device, when connected to the new network the below sections are the results. Below are the Trade Service Logs and the Message Logs
I have opened ports in the firewall and the device itself as well as disabled my security software to no avail, any insight would be appreciated.

We have looked over the Message Log.

The connection that is having a problem is the connection to TransAct and we do not control that connection.

It is from the TransAct bridge program from TransAct, to the TransAct server. You will need to rely upon TransAct support for help with this.
