Is it possible to make a hot key move a stop up or down 40 ticks each time I hit it ?

I just asked a similar question last week. On this post: Control Bar Button > target order tick down > Increase Tick Movement Size I am still hoping to find a way or attempt to build one. From what I see the best existing is the OCO trailing step. Let me know if you make any head way on this.
