Horizontal Lines & “open trade window for chart”

I made horizontal lines however when I right click on the horizontal line and click on the “chart drawing properties” no window opens up for me to edit the horizontal line? Also, I noticed nothing comes up (ie. No window opens) when I click on “open trade window for chart” under the “trade” drop down list at the top. |
