Seeking Help with Sierra Chart: Issue Displaying Market Depth for BTCUSDT Perpetual Contra

I am experiencing a challenge while using Sierra Chart for trading the BTCUSDT perpetual contract on Binance. The issue arises when I attempt to view the market depth. Despite adjusting the settings for maximum market depth and altering the tick increment, the depth chart only displays the best bid and best ask prices, with no other limit orders visible. I've tried tweaking various settings, but the problem persists. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help! Sierra Chart no longer provides market depth data from Binance. Market depth data from Binance is so troublesome and problematic and so poorly done from Binance. It is absolutely terrible. Hello is this still the case? If so, please detail exactly which crypto feed and ticker exactly we can have full market depth for, fully unlimited. chart , chart settings, market depth, maximum market depth levels = 0 already. so i do not understand the problem here. binance has 1 dbit has a handful, maybe 10 symbol: BTC-PERPETUAL-DBIT Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-10-12 00:17:24

We cannot help with this. You are able to answer the question better than we can. We do not pay any attention to market depth data from the different crypto currency feeds that we offer. There is market depth data with the other feeds other than Binance. However, whatever you get is what it is.
