Hello, I am a new Sierra member and have started my free trial. I am looking to use live CME data with Sierra Chart through Denali. To my understanding, Denali is supported in the free trial. I have set up Denali, and on my account portal, it says that the exchange is live. However, I am unable to get ES, NQ data, etc. I know that I should also connect my trading account (IBKR) to Sierra so that I pay the reduced fees as a non-professional. However, because of the CME 1-exchange free trial, my billing does not start until Jan 31. And, I can't connect IBKR on the Sierra free trial anyways. Please let me know what I can do to get my Denali Exchange feed working with Sierra for live CME Futures data while on the Sierra Free Trial. Thank You! |

You can not get the real-time data from our Denali data feed while on a trial. You do have access to our "Delayed Streaming Data" while on a trial, which gives you delayed data for the paid exchanges on the Denali feed. The data is delayed by 10-15 minutes, depending on exchange. Also, your account was limited on what data you could access since you had not activated your trial. We have activated the trial for your account, so you can now get the delayed data for the CME Group (along with others). In order to be able to get real-time data, you need be on one of the paid "Integrated" packages. Refer to the information at the following link: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages You can change to one of these packages at any time (you do not need to wait for your trial to end). If you do make this change before your trial ends, then your remaining Trial Time will convert to the selected package. By making this change, you will also be able to connect to your Interactive Brokers account in order establish your non-professional standing for the CME Group data.
