Hi Support Team, I bought chartbook template which is working on service package 5 - base advanced, however on this service package Donali data feed is inactive. For Service package 10 - integrated standard Donali feed is active and I have access to all marked data, however my template is not working. Could you please advise / provide some solution for that case ? Kind regards, Piotr |

Changing the package would have no impact on whether the chartbook can be used or not. If your "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Current Selected Service" have changed, the most likely issue is simply that you are using different symbols (each service uses different symbols). Open the Chartbook and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". This should resolve your issue.
