Hi, like the title says the backgrounds haven't been working for me in the pre release versions since 2580. It shows up some times when there is a big order, like if there was some kind of threshold, but 95% of the time it's not visible. Same thing with the text color actually, i tried using it as a work around for the background and it doesn't seem to be working either.

We have been doing some work with the Recent Bid/Ask volumes to combine them when requested, but we pulled that back out due to some issues. Please update to the latest Pre-Release (2583) and let us know if you are still having an issue (we are not seeing a problem with this in this version ourselves).

It's still there for me, i had just updated to 2583 before making the post. Just in case though I've tried restarting the computer and going back to 2580 and updating again and still nothing. To be a bit more clear, the actual Recent Bid/Ask volumes are working good and displaying like they should, even when combining them. What's broken for me is the box/background that highlights the most recent ones at the current price to make it more readable. It would work occasionally on 2582 when there was relatively big volume but it's completely gone now on 2583.

On 2583, if you have the option to combine the Recent Bid/Ask volumes, then the Last Traded Recent highlighting will not work all the time. There are times when it may show, just due to how the price lines up, but in general it will be sporadic and mostly not there. We do not have that completed yet for when the data is combined. It is being worked on. If you are having a problem when not combining the data and not getting the highlighting, then let us know. And right now, if you are using the Combining option, then we recommend staying on the most recent Pre-Release version, as this has the latest updates and fixes for it. Yes, it actually wasn't working/highlighting even when i had Combine increment in ticks set to the default, that's why i wasn't able to stay on the Pre-Release. I just realized i still had the Apply to Recent Bid/Ask setting set to yes though, that's why it wasn't working even when not combining ticks, turned it off and it's working again. Definitely will be staying on the latest one now and looking forward to when you guys get that working, thank you!

Hello. I've encountered an issue with the "Trade DOM Last Traded Recent Bid (and ask) Volume Background" graphic setting on the Trade DOM. This works perfectly unless you use the feature "Apply Combine Increment in Ticks to Recent Bid/Ask Volume Columns" in the chart settings. When this feature is set to "yes" the graphic highlighting function no longer shows. Is there a way to check this? Thank you |

We are not able to reproduce this. We do not see any issue with the background highlighting with or without the option for "Apply Combine Increment in Ticks to Recent Bid/Ask Volume Columns" and whether or not the "Combine Increment in Ticks" is set to 0 or a non-zero value. Please update to the latest release and see if it makes any difference for you.
