Denali Exchange Data Feed US Equities Consolidated Tape - all paid, but data is delayed

Hi, I have service package 10 active and I have activated Denali Exchange Data Feed US Equities Consolidated Tape and paid for it. I did setup according to description for Denali data feed, but even after waiting for hours and several restarts of application, my data is still delayed by 15 minutes as indicated in each chart title. The chart title says for example: SPY-NQTV [M] ... | Delayed | ... I wonder if my setup is correct or what could be possibly wrong. Best Regards P. |

I think the issue is in the symbol, it perhaps points to a symbol from a different data source. I tried to type only SPY and it did work, but the issue is when I use symbol lookup, it still defaults to NQTV symbol list.

Yes, the problem is the symbol. The -NQTV specifies that the data is coming from our NASDAQ TotalView exchange. You need to use the symbol without any suffix. We have a partial list of symbols in the Find Symbol page for both the NASDAQ TotalView and the U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape. If you are using the "Search" function on that page, then it will probably find the NASDAQ TotalView first - you would need to select the "Find Next" button to continue to the next entry that meets the criteria.
