How do I add difference between ask volume and bid volume (delta) column to my DOM?

There is not a column for "Ask Volume - Bid Volume". You would have to use the Volume by Price study to get this information for the time period you are interested in. You can right-align the profile to be next to the DOM, essentially turning it into another column, just always in one position.
