Time Configuration in Chart Settings

Hi SC, in consideration of almost 24/7 trading around the globe, would it be possible to have multiple time configurations? At the moment there are only the day and evening sessions. I think it would be a distinct advantage to be able to configure the times according to eg Tokyo, Europe, Australia, and of course day and evening sessions US. Would appreciate your feedback. Thx!

Please describe precisely what purpose this would serve? This is a request we cannot accommodate. There is a huge amount of complexity and work with supporting additional Session Times. thank you for your reply. I am experimenting with TPO charts and the various times. I am sure you understand we have three major times: asia, europe, us. I wanted to separate the time periods accordingly in a TPO chart for the futures contract HG as 02:00:00 - 07:59:59(asia) / 08:00:00 - 14:09:59(europe) / 14:10:00 - 18:59:59(us). I hope this makes more sense now.

I have a chartbook for European markets. In it are only charts with session times custom set for 2 am EST until 11:30 am EST . This represents the european open and close times perhaps this would work for you. Or color the background of the session times you would like to highlight ? regards |

One thing you can do is use only 3 letters in the TPO Profile Chart study. One for each of these time ranges. This will require repeating one of the letters for each subperiod within each of these periods. The letters are sent through the TPO Letter Sequence input with the study.
