Data discrepancy

Good Afternoon,

I trade futures with Transact and use the AT charts, Level 3.

I have noticed a data discrepancy. I trade a 233 trade chart and mostly trade NYMEX crude (CLU4 contract at present).
The pivot lows/highs will change often and will even do it if I refresh the chart from the Edit window (Delete Data and Reload). I have checked and the trading time both on my computer and under Sierra Chart settings are both set to New York time; my CMOS battery in computer is ok and the clock is working fine and goes second to second with the clock at the top of the Sierra chart window. The price is also accurate tick for tick with the Transact DOM.

Since I trade a tick chart I have the chart settings to 1 tick rather than 1 second, but if I change to 1 second (the default setting) then I get the same discrepancy. I have referenced the instructions and done everything I know to do but will not be confident trading until I can refresh and get the same exact data on the chart. Please help.

Thanks

The first thing is to make sure you have Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times >> New Bar at Session Start enabled.

What do you have the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times set to?

Also the result you are getting is going to be very much data feed dependent. You will need to contact your broker for any issues with their data feed.
