Hi Sierra Support,

I switched this morning to my laptop set up from my normal desktop set up and am only receiving delayed data via Teton / Denali. I have updated my Sierra to the most recent version, restarted my computer, checked my Exchange Agreements and subscriptions, and everything seems to be in order.

I am not logged in on the desktop.

I will send over my Message Log for review in case that sheds any light. I can't seem to find anything.

Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to Yes. If you have changed this setting, then reconnect to the data feed after by selecting 'File >> Reconnect".

Ah, yes, thank you! That should do it. I forgot I had disabled usage of Sierra Chart Data Feeds on this machine in order to avoid having two concurrent sessions when using both my laptop and desktop.
