SC historical data service problem

I`m having trouble downloading historical data for some symbols since yesterday. I use the SC historical data service and IB for realtime. The log is below: HD Request # 13 - Downloading Historical Daily chart data for GRMN. Starting date: 2014-07-21. Service: ib | 2014-07-28 08:25:03 HD Request # 13 - Requesting historical Daily data for GRMN starting at 2014-07-20 | 2014-07-28 08:25:03 HD Request # 13 - Error downloading historical Daily data for GRMN.
