Error message when receive daily history data

Hi SC support,

Would you like to help me on this issue?I just want to download the daily history data for some stock.But receive some error message and said download fail
I do purchase the data package for unlimited history data download.
Here is the error message

The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. When the problem is resolved, to update all the historical charts you will need to select Edit >>Download Data for All Historical Charts.

I use the scan function,Hum,from my observation,when scan for 10 symbols may appear 2 have these error message.If I stop then manually do the download action may stop the scan action. Which may not prefer. Hum... is there any rooting issue for this? Is there any solution to avoid to have these error message?
