I get this error for ANY future market (continuous #) with flag -T (total commodity volume) please look into it. TY HD Request # 4 - Error downloading historical Daily data for ES#-T. Error executing query: A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server) | 2014-07-27 10:51:13 HD Request # 4 - Received 0 records from 00:00:00 to 00:00:00 (0.0 seconds) and wrote 0 records for ES#-T | 2014-07-27 10:51:14 HD Request # 4 - Daily download COMPLETE for ES#-T. This problem is now resolved . Try the download again by going to the chart and selecting Edit >> Download Data-Historical Chart
