Problem with flatten Order

Hello, on Thursday, I tried to flatten a position four times in 1 minute without success (see screenshot).
What is the cause of this error message? Is it a data feed issue (Rithmic) or an internet problem?

The cause of this is Rithmic is not acknowledging the order. Maybe there was also a connectivity issue. In our experience more than likely it is an issue on the Rithmic side.
