What study is causing what is appearing and disappearing, to display? This makes no sense. We have never seen such a condition. We do not even know how it is technically possible.

It was a profile study that "Onn" programmed about 1.5-2 years ago and has great until recently. What can I do? |

Not sure what the problem is. Seems like it is implemented using the graphics interface, and sometimes it is not getting drawn when it should be. But this would not be something within our control. It would be the study itself.

We simply cannot help with this at all. We do not know what the problem is. You need to contact the developer about this and get it resolved. This is not a Sierra Chart issue. Have them provide an explanation of why they believe this is the case. Once again it makes no sense to us. A rewrite of the study? Why? I'm pretty disappointed as the programmer who you know (Onn), indicated that it may be a complete rewrite of the study due to the recent updates of SC. The cost was very, very substantial to develop it. It worked until about version ~2561 Regards, |

The cost was very, very substantial to develop it. It makes no sense to us. Have them provide an explanation as to why they say there needs to be a rewrite of the study. Why? If they are doing custom drawing, they need to use the device context, given to the custom drawing function. They should never be drawing direct to the window. Only to the device context which draws to a memory bitmap. Nothing has changed with this functionality, ever. This has always been the consistent model.
