You need to ask your broker about that message, as it is coming from them - we have no idea what it means.

Good morning,

There seems to be a problem when entering orders. This only happens sometimes. I flatten a trade or it hits my bracket exit target and then opens a new position with a market order. I just took a long trade on the NQ exited with 10 points and then a market order to go short popped up and then I flattened that and took a 13 point loss. Please advise on how to correct this situation.
