Some of my custom indicators are not working. Can you tell me why this is happening? The slow response to have this fixed is unacceptable. I have multiple positions on so I can't just close everything out. How can I rely on these charts to make money? The customer service policies should be reviewed and updated.

Let us know if you still need help. We need more information about what exactly is not working. This is not descriptive enough for us.

In general, help with custom indicator/studies needs to come from the developer of those, which is not us.
