Hello. I have a problem with the simulation mode of your software. I want to clarify beforehand that I have searched in every possible way for an answer, but I cannot find one. I also specify that the problem I am going to talk to you about ONLY concerns Sierra Chart simulation; I have no problem with my live accounts. There is no change in settings between simulation and my live account. So here is the problem: When I am in simulation and place orders on my DOM, the simulation account behaves as if my order were executed much higher/lower. Sometimes it works normally, and my placed order is a limit or another type of pending order, and then often when I click on my order book, the order opens with, for example, 10 points below/above my "normal" price. I remind you that I have no problem with order placement in the DOM with my live broker. I am attaching a photo to illustrate; I really need help because I have found no solution, and I cannot practice in simulation.

Your Sierra Chart account which you have logged into this Support Board with shows no login.

So we know what Sierra Chart account you are using, go to Help >> Support Board from within the Sierra Chart desktop program and then post in this thread telling us this is done. Otherwise we do not have information about your account.

Is this when Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On is enabled?

We want you to use the Sierra Chart Historical Data service and perform simulated trading using this data:

And make sure the Tick Size of the chart is set correctly at .25:
Chart Settings: Tick Size (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu)

Sorry but I already use your data, I use the right tick size (0.25) but it doesn’t explain why my order are filled about 80ticks below/above my limit entry. Isn’t there a settings or whatever that I could have modified accidentally ?

None of what you are stating makes any sense. The account from which you are posting is on a Trial, and it also shows that the account has never logged into the Sierra Chart software.

If you have another Sierra Chart account that you use, then make sure you login to this support board from that account and then post in here. This way we can look at the information for your account in order to properly help you.
