Feature request: Only show order confirmation prompt when Sim mode is turned on.

I had a very unfortunate situation the other day where I took a great trade which was quite profitable, only to find out that I accidentally took the trade with Sim mode turned on. I slammed my hands on my desk and said some very bad words. Can an option be added to turn order confirmations on for Sim mode only? |
