Incorrect rel vol

I am trying to change my rel vol charts to my time zone (mountain, Phoenix) and it is not picking up the correct rel vol. If I change it to the open and close times for Chicago it is correct 17:00 cst open and 15:59 cst for close. When I try to adjust the times to my Phoenix time an hour earlier, it is not picking up the correct rel vol. I have the history set at 30 days.

When you change the time zone, make sure you check your Session Times to ensure that they are correct for the time zone selected. Please give us an image of the same symbol with the different time zones so we can see how these compare against each other. Yes, I changed the session times to match Phoenix and the rel vol is off as you can see by the 20x normal prints in RTY. I have never had this problem before so Im not sure what is causing it.
