That chart is set to a Time Zone of New York. Do you have other charts that you trade from that are set for a different time zone?

That chart is set to a Time Zone of New York. The Trade Activity Log is always going to show the time for the trade in the "Global Time Zone" setting (Global Settings >> Time Zone Settings). It looks like your Global Time Zone is not set to New York.
