Expired account and delayed data

Hello,

for several weeks now I have only had 15 minutes delayed data (Denali), but I have also only traded demo for a longer time now.
At the same time, I can no longer access my real money account and see the note "Was veryfied till: 2023-08-02 (Expired)" in Sierra Chart.
Why is this and how can I reactivate my account so that I can trade for real money again?

The main thing you need to do is to connect to your live account. What broker, or trading service, are you using for your live account?

Once we have this information, then we can point you to the proper Setup Instructions for that service.

AMP will have you setup to use either CQG or Teton for your order routing.

If they have you setup with CQG, then follow the instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to your AMP account:
