Cant open new chartbooks and proceed any functions due to error

When I want to load more then 5 chartbooks - error Caught an except. during the processing of a timer event. And all the functions halts - no connection, no dialogs, if there are dialogs - just empty forms - gray rectangulars) Every ch-book contains 6 charts like this: https://yadi.sk/d/NzGqPn73WmWnj No studies, except Dynamic VbP, volume and priceline. There are enough memory for running - sierra never uses more 200MB and it uses 5-20% CPU time: https://yadi.sk/d/R0lk1CbrWmVnv When I close 1-2 chartbooks, everything becomes OK! Are there problems with memory allocation or something similar? E.g., NYSE platform takion uses 800-1700 MB of memory and has no problems. Ninja Trader runs on my PC with 30-40 open windows with heavy indicators and has no problems too. Im sure not using any custom studies. Only volume. look at my experiment: i reinstalled sierra then i opened 7 chartbooks / 6 charts in each, on 7th chartbook there were the same: Timer event, no dialogs, menus etc etc Other platforms works in high-loaded mode - no problems. My idea is simple - I only want to have one chartbook for one instrument with custom scales for each chart - 10-15 futures/chartbooks maybe 40-50 opened charts is limit for this platform?) screenshot & chartbook I've noticed that it is possible to make many charts and chartbooks when they attached to main window. But when many deattached charts appear, problems appear too) Look: it was impossible to make 20 workspaces with 5 DEATTACHED charts in each, but even 25 workspaces work cool when charts are attached! 25 w-spaces with 4 attached charts in each were created successfully. First I added to each w-space 1 deattached chart, so it become 4 attached+1deattached. Then I added one more deattached to each. On 19th w-space bugs with blank windows and errors began! I want to use all my displays, but I now only 2 of them are in use + laptop. One display - main window, to others - 2 deattached charts. Thats why I cant begin to trade with your platform, still using NinjaTrader on 9 monitors and hundreds of charts. But, frankly speaking, I think that Sierra is better and I want to try it in real trade sooner or later! Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-08-13 23:22:20

You have already determined what the problem is. You are running into an operating system problem with detached chart windows. We see you are using Windows XP. Windows XP is running into a problem when a large number of detached charts are opened. This is a known issue with Windows XP. The reason you may not see a problem with other programs is the style of window they may be using is different. This problem is a Windows XP issue 100%. We are fairly certain this problem does not exist on Windows 7, because we do not hear about this problem on Windows 7. So we highly recommend updating to Windows 7.
