I receive CFE data(VXV23-CFE OR VXV23_FUT_CFE). This data isn't automatically updating. Ill have to go to chart settings and select delete and download data to get the chart to update. I have to do this twice for some reason. Is there a setting that Im overlooking? Thank You!

Make sure you are only using one of those symbols and not both. There can be a conflict if you are using both symbols in different charts.

Ok Thanks. Im only using 1 of the symbols. Both versions of the symbol are doing the same thing and not updating. This is the message I receive(red download failed) when I first select delete/download data. 2nd time selecting delete/download data is when the chart will update data. https://www.sierrachart.com/Download.php?Folder=SupportBoard&download=87757 |
