I have a quoteboard and charts containing several symbols listed on NQTV including AAPL, GOOGL etc.
for some reason the quoteboard does not update at all and the charts only update when I press the INS key.

I have only delayed feed right now as I have not upgraded to realtime, however, I have signed all of the Nasdaq agreements.

It does not matter that you have the agreements signed, until you activate and pay for the exchange, you will still only have the delayed streaming data. And in this particular case (the Nasdaq TotalView Data) the Quote Board does not update with the information.

You need to use the standard symbol, which will get you the delayed streaming data from our U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape exchange. So enter "AAPL" instead of "AAPL-NQTV". Your quote board will update in this case, just keep in mind it is still delayed data.

The only AAPL I have available to me is AAPL-NQTV. AAPL does nothing.
I should probably add that I am using Rithmic as my trade and data service (APEX)
This previously worked fine until a few days ago.

If you are connected to Rithmic, then you should never have been able to get any data for U.S. Equities, regardless of whether it was with the -NQTV suffix or not.

If it was working a few days ago, then our best guess is that your "Current Selected Service" at that time was set to "SC Data - All Services" or one of the "Trading Evaluator" options. Since those are related to us (Sierra Chart) you would be able to get the Delayed Streaming Data for the U.S. Equities (along with EUREX - you are setup to get real-time data for us for the CME Group and CFE).

Our recommendation is to install a second Sierra Chart that has the "Current Selected Service" set to "SC Data - All Services". This way you can view the delayed U.S. Equities data in that version - and you can use the standard symbols - you do not need the -NQTV. Refer to the following instructions to install a second Sierra Chart:

You should be able to get delayed NASDAQ TotalView data, even when connected with Rithmic. We have to look into this.

I had an Issue at the open on Tuesday 26th None of my equity feeds were working
SOXL FNGU UVXY or HYG if I hit delete and download data it would update the history but that was it
Tried everything , no luck. finished up updating to the 2550 build as a last resort and seems to be OK now . Hopefully the problem with positions when I went from 2466 to 2517 and had to go back is fixed now . Haven't made a trade to find out
PS I was still running 2466 Yesterday

Problems with trade positions is always going to be on the Interactive Brokers side. We see you are using Interactive Brokers.

I had the same problem again today with the 2550 build as I had when I went from the 2466 to 2517 back in June. I had an open long position of 6 MES and no position line, Tried to flatten it before it hit my sell stop and it says I don't have a position , although I can see it on my IB monitor . it hits the 3 pt sell stop and I'm out , but Sierra is saying I'm now short, but I can see I am now flat on IB,I had no option but go back to the old 2466 build and it works fine, Something got changed after 2466 build that's causing this and its not just with IB , I see a lot of similar issues with Apex accounts and nothing to to do with IBKR , How do you suggest I fix this and what happens after build 2466 isn't supported anymore
The equity feeds that were not updating the day before , seem to be fine now on 2466 and I see some posts there was a problem with them that day, that was the reason I upgraded in the first place

This is definitively not on the Sierra Chart side at all:
I see a lot of similar issues with Apex accounts and nothing to to do with IBKR ,

There were some changes, with Interactive Brokers position processing where positions are only processed from one account. How many trading accounts, do you have on your interactive brokers username?

Ok Thanks, I took a look at it and will see what's going on when IB comes back up tomorrow after maintenance. The bit I cant figure out is , If IB changed something with this accounts allocation , why does in only affect builds after 2466 ? Did Sierra change anything from 2466 to 2517 that would now conflict with with what IB did ?

Interactive Brokers did not change anything regarding positions. We removed, the over complexity, with getting position data. The standard TWS API for positions which Sierra Chart uses, only provides position data for a single account.

Aha. That explains it. I was busy with other stuff earlier. So if I leave it on 2466 for now . it will work fine ? . If I change the API to one account as per that instructions. will it still be OK on 2466 in the meantime ? or should I just update to the latest build at the same time ? I run TWS off to the side , so there is nothing stopping me putting a position , Say SPX options that u cant chart in Sierra anyway ,in the non specified acc directly thru TWS and just bypassing Sierra, IE I will still have 2 working accounts but only whichever one is named will work with Sierra ?

Yes you will be fine:

Regarding this:
IE I will still have 2 working accounts but only whichever one is named will work with Sierra ?
Sierra Chart will be able to access the positions and the account data, for the account index that you have specified in the Data/Trade Service Settings (Just follow through the instructions).
