using CQG for order routing and SC Denali for data - so the Data/Trade Service in SC is "CQG Web API" with support for Denali data when using the CQG mobile app, obviously with data from CQG for which i am also subscribed, the SC is logged out from CQG Market Order Routing due to obviously concurrent logins - thats the expected and understood behavior The thing is that SC keeps trying to re-logon to CQG and that logs out almost instantly the CQG mobile app SO the question is, is there any way to make SC NOT to keep trying to re-logon to CQG Market/Trading, IF already forcibly logged out due to concurrent sessions? Obviously, at the same time SC must still keep staying logged in Denali and receiving data from it. |

There is not a way to have the following "Obviously, at the same time SC must still keep staying logged in Denali and receiving data from it." The only option is to select "File >> Disconnect" within your Sierra Chart in order to disconnect from both the trading service and your data connection. Then you can log into the CQG Mobile App without Sierra Chart trying to login again. When you are done using the mobile app, you would then reconnect Sierra Chart to the data feed. If you are not in front of Sierra Chart, then you will want to disconnect, or shutdown Sierra Chart, before you leave so you can access the CQG Mobile App remotely. re "If you are not in front of Sierra Chart, then you will want to disconnect, or shutdown Sierra Chart, before you leave so you can access the CQG Mobile App remotely." - unfortunatelly this is not the case when i am away from SC it still renders various charts and signals and produce alerts which i can see and/or receive remotely while on the go so i am looking for a solution where if logged out forcefully from CQG, SC doesnt try to logon again but still remains logged in Denali and keeps recxeiving data and rendering it |

We are sorry, but Sierra Chart is not setup to do this. Once you are disconnected from the Trading Service you are also disconnected from the data, even if it is our data.
