Cannot get ticks and other internals to display properly. they show up but just as flat lines. what to do?

I am with interactive brokers,,, symbols that don't work are tick-nyse adr-sp adv-nyse |

Open a chart for the TICK-NYSE symbol. Check the Session Times settings for the chart to make sure they cover the full 24-hour span in case there is some time zone issue.
