Chart Trade Window Stop Offset Ticks

In the Chart Trade Window, I cannot adjust the number of Stop Offset Ticks... no matter how many number of Stop Offset Ticks I enter in the Chart Trade Window under the "Targets" tab, on the chart, it always places my Buy and Sell Stops, 75 Ticks apart on the RTYZ23... 30 Ticks apart on the YMZ23... and 12 Ticks apart on the EPZ23. This happens on SC Version 2547, as well as on the current version, 2549. It occurs in both, Trade Simulation Mode and Live Trade Mode. I have tried it with "Type: Stop: Stop", as well as with, "Type: Stop: Trailing Stop". Thank you.
