the net change fields in quote board are not updating - haven't been since Sunday evening CME open. I have restarted Sierra Charts several times and still not updating. see attached - have had no problem in the past

We are aware of this of. This is an issue on the CME side. And it does not matter whether other programs are having this issue or not. This is a definite issue on the CME side which we have verified.
