Hi, You used to have an option called SC Historical Intraday Futures Data as the data feed option, which allowed people to replay intraday data. Was this option replaced by any other option please or it is not included in the demo version any more? Thanks |

The name of the Service you need to use is "SC Historical Data". This has replaced "SC Historical Intraday Futures Data". It is critical that you use two digit years. Thanks for your response. The SC Historical Data work, but when I want to replay chart, it only shows 1 minute data, but not the tick data as it was in the SC Historical Intraday Futures Data. Is it possible to replay the tick data please?

I followed all the instruction on the webpage you sent me, but still can see only 1 minute graph instead of tick graph. Maybe I have some wrong settings on my Sierra chart. Is it possible to restore all the settings to "factory" settings or to uninstall it and install it again please?

I restarted the computer and it works now. Maybe that was needed after updating to the new version of Sierra Chart. Thanks for your support.
