Historical intraday data download servers error

It seems there is a problem with the historical intraday data servers. It's taking a long time to download the data. The message window is showing errors. We have implemented a solution for this. Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease. After the update, disable Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds. When you disable that option, historical data will be downloaded only from Interactive Brokers, in your case. Okay thanks. Is this a temporary solution? Are you fixing the problem with the server? I like that downloads from SC server were so much faster and it eliminated the pacing violation errors from IB.

I hope you leave this option in future version of Sierra Chart. I like SC's historical intraday data when downloading more than 3 days of data for new stocks. However, I find that I prefer to use IB's historical intraday data when refreshing a stock's current intraday data for stocks active in the pre-market session.
