I have to disable OpenGL in version 2540 to avoid sierrachart crashing.

I have to disable OpenGL in version 2540 to avoid sierrachart crashing. If I don't do that, the platform will suddenly close itself. There is no way to attach a message log because the platform closes by itself as soon as it has checked the historical data download. Enabling "safe mode" is not enough to be able to open my chartbook which contains about ten charts. Version 2540 works properly with OpenGL active and only one chart open. On the other hand, if I downgrade to version 2528 there is no longer any problem with OpenGL and my chartbook opens regularly. What do you recommend that I do?

you did it! thank you Sierra support, now my chartbook is working fine (running SC 2550) What is New (Change Log) 2547 Release Date: 2023-09-15 ... Resolve an issue with OpenGL related to fonts related to the most recent font changes. This may resolve the exception/crash issue some users have experienced when using OpenGL.
