Hi, I am learning how to set up stop-loss following my bid or my offer simultaneously. Currently OFFSET TIME-Ticks, TYPE- TRAILING STOP. I noticed the stop-loss movement but it is NOT simultaneous. It seems to work in slower mode. I am on 2 minutes chart, please advise. Thank you. |

You may see a slight delay before the Stop moves, but it should be a very short increment - maybe 0.5 second. If you feel it is something else then we need more information.

What you are referring to is Account Loss Management. If this is setup with your broker, then your broker should have informed you that this is something we can no longer support for the Teton Order Routing service. This is due to exchange rules related to data, as the data is needed to know when you would hit that loss level and then flatten your positions. If this is something you are doing with the Simulated Futures Trading Service, then we need to know what is not working.
