Question: Does the flatten request send a cancel all orders message before a market order? Running into position limit problems associated with this. If the orders are canceled before the market order is sent, this could be avoided (I think).

When using Flatten or Reverse, all open orders except for existing Market orders are Canceled before a new Market order to flatten the position is sent. However, we do not wait for those cancel orders to be acknowledged first.
