Hey Guys, Title says it all. The candlesticks don''t update. It's like the chart,footprint etc. is freezed. The time which is shown in the task is running. Data Feed is activated.

Our servers are showing that you are trying to connect to the "Teton CME Order Routing" service, but you are on Package 5, which does not allow for connections to trading services. We also see that you have activated an exchange for the CME Group, but again, you are not able to get real-time data on Package 5. You also did not complete the Market Data Agreements for the exchange. We really need to start at the beginning. Are you wanting to connect to a trading account? If so, what broker are you setup to use and what trading service are you using with them?
