How to set space after last bar when going to

When pressing the "End" key I am taken to the end of the chart. However, there is a lot of space between the last bar and the values scale. How can I change how much space is there when I press "End"? I thought it was forward columns, but this does not seem to have any effect.

Graphics Settings: Default Right Side Fill Space (Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other)
