What are the following Inputs set to on your Market Depth Historical Graph:
- Extend Last Known Depth:
- Number of Minutes to Extend Last Known Depth (0 for All)
- Maximum Levels to Display (0 for All)
- Combine Increment in Ticks
- Automatic Combine Increment Adjustment Value

The most likely culprit is the "Lowest Quantity for Coloring" as you have this set to an "Actual Value" of "40". So any time a Market Depth level is less than 40, it will not display.
