The most likely culprit is the "Lowest Quantity for Coloring" as you have this set to an "Actual Value" of "40". So any time a Market Depth level is less than 40, it will not display. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
