Hello, I'm trying the trial version of sierra chart.
I would like to know how do you get an intraday chart with historic 2 years.
Unfortunately at the moment I can see 3/4 months.

If you have followed all of the instructions in help topic 42.1, then this means that you have downloaded and viewed all of the available historical data for the particular symbol.

What is the symbol?

I am connected to the server "SC Date FXCM Forex" but for example if I open the CFD BUND the time window gets to 11.21.2012! I would like at least 2 years of historical 5 minutes

In the case of the Bund there is a limited amount of historical data available.

In the case of XAUUSD , the data goes back to 2010-12-09. For this symbol, once again refer to help topic 42.1 here:

LIMITED TO THE BUND?! 1 MONTH!!
How can I analyze a historical cfd with 1-MONTH?!?!?!?!
I am interested but do I need the subscription of at least 1 year of historic, 5 minutes!

For XAUUSD I selected the historian to 1000 days, but shows only from the beginning of year 2013!! So four months! 2010-12-09 No!

solution?!?!? I need 3 or 2 years of historical intraday!

The starting date for the German Bund data is 2013-4-4. It's going to accumulate going forward from this date.

You can look at the Bund futures using the Sierra Chart Historical Data service:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/SierraChartHistoricalData.html#UsingSCHDS

There is going to be years of data available with that particular service. Here is the chart image that shows the symbol:

For more XAUUSD data, follow ALL the instructions here:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails42.html

You missed one of the steps.

I'm sorry but it is too complicated ....
I need to have charts with historical 5min of at least 1 year on all CFD and FUTURES.
If this platform does not offer this service, unfortunately, is not for me ....

Do you just require historical data? And not real-time data.

You can get what you want through a single data feed, it just depends upon your requirements and what you are willing to pay.
