Hi there! I just renewed my subscription for the next 6 months, and also connected my data feed to interactive broker to qualify as non-professional trader. However, my data is still delayed. I would appreciate if you could please help me. Thanks

You have not activated any exchanges in order to get real-time data from us. So we can point you to the proper area, what are the exchanges for which you want real-time data? Hi John, It seems like the option of "Denali Exchange Data Feed CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX Exchanges (Optional)" is appropriate for me. Would you tell me the charge each month for it? Thanks!

If you do not need Market Depth Data, then the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX) for Non-Professional Trade Accounts" is a good choice and is $3.50 per month. The option with Market Depth - "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX) with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trade Accounts" is $34.50 per month. The cheapest option, since you say you only need ES and NQ is the "CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book" which does not include Market Depth data and costs $1.25 per month. You can also mix-and-match depending on your needs. For instance, if you want to have access to all the CME Group exchanges, but only need market depth for ES and NQ, then we would recommend adding the following 2 exchanges, which would then run you $15.00 per month: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX) for Non-Professional Trade Accounts - $3.50 - CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts - $11.50 For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
