[Programming Help] - Align Trade Drawings Text to Right shortcut?

Is it possible to have a keyboard shortcut, control bar button, etc to activate/deactivate "align trade drawings text to right"? I would like to be able to easily toggle this setting instead of having to have a chart settings window open and change it manually. Thank you.
