How do I pull the TPO back far enought to see previous Tpo's? Changing the Date Range does not work. I can see where I have drawn them in but it wont go back further than the past 12 months.

The TPOs are only going to be drawn based on the loaded underlying data. The implication from what you are stating is that you only have data loaded going back 12 months.
