could you please check on your end if there is anything missing that allows me to have real time accurate data? I shut down the computer and on the restart the missing data during the shut down was not re-populated. Is there anything missing (agreements, account balance etc.) ??

There was an issue with Historical data earlier. If that is your issue then redownload the data by selecting "Edit >> Download Data For all Historical Charts".
