Hi, my Gold futures GCQ23 contract is delayed 10 minutes. How to fix that? I did try to follow other support messages but was confused. Why with my subscription I have to take additional steps to make sure my data is current. Shouldn't this be automatic? Thank you.

GC is traded on the COMEX exchange. You do not have that exchange active. You can add the exchange at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Note that if you do add this option with the Market Depth, then you will have 3 of the 4 CME Group exchanges activated. As such, next month, you could change your exchange selections to remove the 3 individual exchanges and instead activate the "Full CME Group with Market Depth". This will give you all 4 of the CME Group exchanges at the same price as the 3 individual ones. To do this, you would "Deactivate" the 3 CME Group exchanges you have active any time this month. You will still get the data through the end of the month, the exchanges will not renew on July 1. Then on July 1, you will activate the "Full CME Group with Market Depth" and pay that exchange fee.
