Dear madam, dear sir I have no question. I just would like to share this puzzling experience with you that could be useful in case it starts again with someone else. I summarize: While I had not touched anything and especially not the password of cqg in sierrachart, the message log of sierra saying that "my cqg session was going to end" appeared Saturday morning without further explanation (??? ). The same day I went to see, by any chance, on the cqg web site to find any information there, but it was impossible to log in with the connection information that my brooker gave me. I then successfully changed the password of cqg on their website but still impossible to login to their site (???). this morning (still no data feed) another sierra log message appeared when opening sierra, telling me that the cqg web API password in sierra is not the right one (??- i did not change it). Just in case this evening, I then entered the new password of cqg and everything seems to be back to normal. In the end, I don't understand why my cqg session of sierra was "about to be closed" (maybe just have to wait?). Hoping it doesn't happen again. I hope that this experience can help, if necessary, others persons. best regards |
