The link between Sierra and Rithmic Trader Pro is not working

This is the first time this has happened, I’m trading through a simulated account with RTrader and I could not change an existing order, so I exited Sierra, restarted the computer, still didn’t work, so installed current version of Sierra, restarted computer, and it still didn’t work. I had to go into the RTrader application to close the order. And now I’m not able to initiate any new orders in Sierra.

I just noticed that under the Trade menu, Trading Locked had a checkmark next to it, when I unchecked it, I could then place a new trade.
